Cancellation Notice

Your care is important to us. Please allow 24hrs notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment if you have a change of circumstances. This is to allow patients on the waiting list or patients needing urgent appointment to be seen.

Appointment cancelled before 6pm the day before no charge.

Appointment cancelled on the day $50 charge

No show full charge including ACC portion
